Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to our skip hire services and this website.

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to the use of this website and to skip hire and waste collection services provided by Pannu Skip Hire Ltd.

About us

Pannu Skip Hire Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16334296. Registered office: Whiston Mill, Whiston Road, Penkridge, Stafford, ST19 5QQ. We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier, registration CBDU576197. Contact: pannuskiphire@gmail.com or 07861 381 419.

Quotes and prices

Any price given on this website or by telephone is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed when your booking is accepted, and may change if the skip size, waste type, location or hire period changes.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the skip size, delivery address, date and price with you. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate, particularly the address and access arrangements.

Delivery, placement and access

You are responsible for making sure there is safe and suitable access for our vehicle and a suitable place for the skip. Skips are heavy and are placed where you direct us. While we take care at all times, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to driveways, paving, drains, kerbs, verges or other surfaces caused by the weight of the skip or our vehicle where placement was at your request.

Permits

A skip placed on your own driveway or private land does not need a permit. A skip placed on a public road requires a permit from the local council. Where we arrange a permit for you, the cost is added to your price and you must comply with any conditions attached to it, including lights and markings.

What can and cannot go in the skip

General household, garden, construction and commercial waste is accepted. The following must not be placed in a skip:

  • Asbestos
  • Fridges, freezers and air conditioning units
  • Tyres
  • Paint, solvents, oils and other liquids
  • Batteries and gas bottles
  • Electrical items
  • Clinical, chemical or otherwise hazardous waste

If prohibited items are found in a skip, you may be charged the additional cost of separating and disposing of them correctly.

Loading the skip

Skips must be loaded level with the top and must not be overfilled. For safety and legal reasons we cannot collect an overloaded skip, and you may be asked to remove excess waste before collection.

Hire period and collection

The hire period is agreed at the time of booking. If you need the skip for longer, please contact us. Waste placed in the skip is transferred under our waste carrier licence on collection.

Cancellation

You may cancel or change a booking by contacting us. If a skip has already been delivered, or our vehicle has been sent to site, a charge may apply to cover that journey.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the price paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The content of this website is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free from error. Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Pannu Skip Hire Ltd unless otherwise stated.
