What information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete our quote form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address or postcode, and details of the work you need.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies, and only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To arrange, deliver and collect a skip and manage your booking
- To take payment and keep accounting records
- To meet our legal duties as a registered waste carrier, including waste transfer records
- To improve this website and understand how visitors use it
Our lawful basis
- Performance of a contract, where we are quoting for or carrying out a skip hire booking
- Legal obligation, where we must keep records such as waste transfer notes and accounts
- Legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries and run our business
- Consent, for analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with our website host and email provider, with Google for website analytics where you have consented, with waste transfer stations and regulators where waste legislation requires it, and with our accountant or HMRC where legally required.
Some providers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred internationally it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK approved standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years, and booking, invoicing and waste transfer records for at least six years where the law requires it. After that, information is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your information deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it transferred to another provider, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Complaints
